I incorporated the principle of the capture of wave energy to control the masterplan of these generators, the angle of the sun and site to control the original orientation of its fluctuation, the dynamic wave energy to form another orientation of dynamic fluctuation, and finally, time of a day to control the refraction of the light. 我应用波浪能量的俘获原理控制发电机的平面布局，应用场地与太阳的夹角来控制发电机的初始起伏方向，应用动态的波浪形成另一个方向的动态起伏，最后应用时间控制光的折射角度。
The proposal derives from the thought of creating a new way of communication with nature, and in addition, it possesses functions of social welfare, saving energy and art scenery.
Usually， we watch sea view in the daytime and listen only in the night. What I am doing here is interpreting the wave energy to be another observable view so as to create a new way to learn the nature.
Pictures below shows the analysis of an object’s capture of the wave energy if it is inside the water. So the plan is designed as the left picture. The further a generator is away from the coast, the smaller diameter it has, and more centrally they locate, more distant they are from each other in order to minimize the interference of each other.
The first orientation of fluctuation is formed by east-west raised wave peaks, which is the original status. The raised part is covered by solar cells. The second orientation of fluctuation directly point to the coast, which is dynamic and stimulated by the waves naturally. In this way, the generators can collect the energy from the wave. The final effect is the superposition of these two orientations of fluctuation.
Lights are equipped on the top of these generators which will be lighter where wave energy is more powerful such as the balance point of a wave, or vice versa. In addition, the refraction of the light can be changed by the time of one night.
The picture shows the effect of the proposal. With the waves coming, the generators will twinkle with the rhythm of it. The spare energy will be stored up into batteries to serve the fish village around.
